To stage the Marathon Relay you can use a 400m running track in the community or you can also set up a 200m track on the field adjacent to your school.
To set up a 200m track simply place two pylons 25 metres apart and then measure a semi-circle from each pylon with a 23m radius. Perhaps a math and running lesson for your students? Below is an illustration.
