Run Like Lightning

Run Like Lighting is a 6 week fitness program designed for an elementary school setting. The program can be run before school, during lunch hour, or as an after-school program.

There is no cost to take part in this program, however each participating school agrees to take part in a

Pay it Forward pledge program.

The program includes:

Run for Life training, mentoring, and support for program launch
Promotional posters for schools/classrooms
10 T-shirts to be used as prize incentives
A Run for Life technical-T and cap for program leader
Pedometers for each participant
Completion certificates for all participants
Two MP3 players or funds for a season ending pizza party
Funds to offset bus transportation to a community running event
Invitation to Run for LIfe annual spring/fall cross country meet
And... the fastest man in the world as your program ambassador
